3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or as otherwise agreed. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are listed on our website or provided via a custom quote. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged. We accept various payment methods as specified at the time of booking.

The client shall provide a safe working environment for our staff, including access to water and electricity. It is the client's responsibility to secure or remove any fragile, valuable, or personal items prior to the cleaning service.

A1 Spotless Cleaning is fully insured. While we exercise the utmost care, accidents can happen. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service or the repair/replacement value of the damaged item. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service completion.
