At A1 Spotless Cleaning PTY LTD, we take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services. Your satisfaction is important to us.
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion.
We will arrange a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional cost.
2. Refunds
As our services are customised and time-based, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been completed.
Refunds may only be considered if:
- The service was not delivered at all.
- There was a confirmed booking error caused by us and the service could not be rescheduled.
3. Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur any charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
4. Changes & Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the service at no extra cost.
- Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may attract a small fee.
